Yep, tons of ladies would kill for Jessica Biel’s body. So would nearly any guy. I mean, look at the girl. She’s well balanced, has a beautiful face, and great muscle tone for Hollywood.

She has acclaimed celebrity trainer, Jason  Walsh, to partially thank for her great body.  You should see his incredible list of clients; Jennifer Garner, Reece Witherspoon, and Ben Affleck are on his role.

He also has a host of NFL, baseball, and soccer clients, in addition to his celebrity clients.  He is a CSCS and CPT, and seems to know his stuff.  It doesn’t hurt that he’s pretty good lookin’, too.  Check out this interview with him.  I’d work with him, for sure!!!

Jessica Biel’s Workout

Anyway, back to Jessica.  According to FitSugar, she does sprints for her cardio, which helps her lean out.  She’ll perform these on the track, utilizing 100-200 meter sprints.

She also does weight training, using lighter weights with higher reps.  She keeps the tempo pretty high to keep the metabolism burning.  She also does stretching, plyometrics and core work.


A lot of the moves she performs are compound movements.  These are multi movements that ignite various muscle groups, as opposed to isolation exercises, which attempt to single out a single muscle group.  The benefit of using compound exercises, such as squats and lunges, are that it works more muscles, and also increase the heart rate.  One of Jessica Biel’s workout models consist of trisets.  After a 5 minute warm-up, she’ll perform a few tri-sets, in circuit fashion.  For example, she might do planks, jump squats, and push-ups.  She repeats the circuit 3 times before going onto the next one.  I also found this great printable workout, called Jessica Biel’s workout routine.

Jessica Biel’s Diet

She’s hip to the fact that you’ve got to eat clean to be fit.  She consume about 5 meals a day, comprised of mostly whole foods.  She gets her carbs in by the middle of the day, then tapers off by evening.  Looking over her diet on various websites, I found that she sure does like almonds and almond butter.  She eats lean meats, veggies, and fruits, too.  A couple of sources claimed her only carb choices were cereal, crackers, etc, which didn’t really fall into the whole food philosophy.  A FitSugar article reported that rice and oatmeal were part of her regimen.  It’s hard to find solid facts when it comes to celebrities, people.  Just remember that most of the info I post here is for entertainment purposes.  Losing weight and getting a rockin’ body is pretty straight forward:  Eat clean and exercise hard.  Tada!!
